Role & responsibilities

  • Resource Management: Setting up and configuring virtual machines, storage, databases, and other cloud resources.
  • Security Implementation: Enforcing security policies, managing user access, and protecting cloud assets from threats.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring resource usage, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implementing and testing backup and recovery procedures.
  • Cost Optimization: Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures for cloud resources.
  • Collaboration: Working with other IT teams and users to ensure smooth cloud operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) operating systems (Linux and Windows), networking, and security concepts.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Cloud Certifications: Cloud Platform is a must.
  • Google Certification : Added Value
  • Strong experience on Google cloud Platform is must. Any other platform will be added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Google API gateway is required.
