Job Summary

हम झारखंड में अपनी परियोजना टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक कुशल और विश्वसनीय मैकेनिक और इलेक्ट्रीशियन की तलाश कर रहे हैं। ये भूमिकाएँ हमारी भारी मशीनरी और साइट पर मौजूद बुनियादी ढाँचे के निरंतर संचालन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं। आदर्श उम्मीदवार सभी यांत्रिक और विद्युत प्रणालियों के रखरखाव, मरम्मत और समस्या निवारण के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होंगे, जिससे सभी साइट संचालनों के लिए अधिकतम अपटाइम और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होगी।(We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic and Electrician to join our project team in Jharkhand. These roles are critical for the continuous operation of our heavy machinery and on-site infrastructure. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring maximum uptime and safety for all site operations.)

Key Responsibilities – Mechanic

• Maintenance & Repair:
  • रखरखाव और मरम्मत: उत्खनन मशीन, डोजर, रोड रोलर और डंप ट्रक सहित कंपनी के स्वामित्व वाली सभी भारी मशीनरी पर नियमित रखरखाव और निवारक जांच करें। (Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on all company-owned heavy machinery, including excavators, dozers, road rollers, and dump trucks.)
• Troubleshooting: इंजन, ट्रांसमिशन, हाइड्रोलिक और वायवीय प्रणाली विफलताओं सहित यांत्रिक समस्याओं का निदान और मरम्मत करना।(Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.)
• Fabrication & Welding: मशीनरी और संरचनात्मक घटकों की छोटी-मोटी मरम्मत के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार साइट पर वेल्डिंग और निर्माण कार्य करना।(Conduct on-site welding and fabrication as needed for minor repairs to machinery and structural components.)
• Record Keeping: सभी रखरखाव गतिविधियों, मरम्मत और प्रयुक्त भागों का विस्तृत लॉग बनाए रखें।(Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.)
• Safety Compliance: सभी मरम्मत कार्यों के दौरान कंपनी के सभी सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल और मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं (एसओपी) का पालन करें।(Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all repair work.)

Key Responsibilities – Electrician

• Electrical Maintenance: सभी कार्यस्थल कार्यालयों, श्रमिक शिविरों और संयंत्र मशीनरी के लिए विद्युत प्रणालियों की स्थापना, रखरखाव और मरम्मत करना।(Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for all on-site offices, labor camps, and plant machinery.)
• Troubleshooting: भारी उपकरणों और विद्युत प्रणालियों में विद्युतीय दोषों का निदान और निवारण करना।(Diagnose and fix electrical faults in heavy equipment and power systems.)
• Power Supply Management: साइट पर विश्वसनीय विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करें, जनरेटर, ट्रांसफार्मर और वितरण पैनलों का प्रबंधन करें।(Ensure a reliable power supply across the site, managing generators, transformers, and distribution panels.)
• Wiring & Installation: परियोजना की आवश्यकतानुसार नई विद्युत वायरिंग और उपकरणों की स्थापना करना।(Perform new electrical wiring and installation of equipment as required by the project.)
• Safety Compliance: सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी विद्युत कार्य उद्योग मानकों के अनुरूप हों तथा सख्त सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करें।(Ensure all electrical work is up to industry standards and follows strict safety regulations.)

Required Qualifications

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related trade.

Experience:

• Mechanic: भारी भू-संचयन और निर्माण उपकरणों के रखरखाव में न्यूनतम 3-5 वर्ष का अनुभव।(Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintaining heavy earthmoving and construction equipment.)
• Electrician: औद्योगिक विद्युत प्रणालियों में न्यूनतम 3-5 वर्ष का अनुभव, निर्माण स्थलों पर अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।(Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, with a preference for experience on construction sites.)

Skills:

• मशीनरी और विद्युत प्रणालियों का मजबूत व्यावहारिक ज्ञान।(Strong practical knowledge of machinery and electrical systems.)
• तकनीकी मैनुअल और योजनाओं को पढ़ने और व्याख्या करने की क्षमता।(Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.)
• उत्कृष्ट समस्या समाधान कौशल और कठिन वातावरण में स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने की क्षमता।(Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a demanding environment.)
• सुरक्षा और गुणवत्तापूर्ण कारीगरी के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता।(Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.)
• साइट टीम और प्रबंधन के साथ समन्वय करने के लिए अच्छा संचार कौशल।(Good communication skills to coordinate with the site team and management.)
