About the Company:

Gulab is one of India's trusted edible oil and food brands with a strong presence across multiple states. We are expanding our distribution network in Maharashtra and looking for passionate and experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor network and ensure efficient supply chain flow.
  • Regular market visits to retailers to ensure product visibility & display.
  • Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
  • Identify new retailers and expand coverage in the assigned territory.
  • Execute trade promotions, schemes, and offers at retail level.
  • Collect market feedback and share competitor information.
  • Coordination with ASM for daily and weekly reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of FMCG general trade sales experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in Edible Oil / Food products.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Local market knowledge of Pune territory.
