Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends.
  • Building a ROI-driven product road map that captures full life cycle of the product from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage.
  • Managing work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritized user stories.
  • Building and actively managing a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams.
  • Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team.
  • Communicating and building consensus across multiple departments in creating the software product requirements.
  • Thinking and innovating design to explore new ideas and drive the outcomes quickly.
  • Proactively assisting the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps. Moreover serving as primary interface with development teams and technology teams on project planning and management.
  • Contributing in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of AI teams services.
  • Tracking investments and outcomes and report to leadership.
  • Helping prioritize resources and investments.
  • Driving penetration and growth of product portfolio.
