Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, TM1
Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the development and maintenance of the TM1 System including TM1 servers. 

•    Monitor the TM1 application and servers and support users where necessary. 

•    Open, Log, Resolve and Close user's TM1 issues and tickets in  Investigating issues, fixing 

•    systems  and developing solutions. 

•    Working closely with the finance teams to understand their weekly, monthly, forecasting and budgeting 

•    processes. 

•    Continuously improving TM1 financial processes and reporting, understanding the metrics. 

•    Challenge and influence finance teams to ensure that efficient and effective processes are implemented. 

•    Work closely with teams to understand requirements and scope out improvements for the TM1 Roadmap. 

•    Plan, Scope, Develop and Implement multiple mini TM1 projects. 

•    Ability to document and interpret the clients requirements, scope, build, test, improve and implement a 

•    system from end to end. 

•    Apply IBM  Best practice methodologies. 

•    Upgrading the TM1 application where necessary.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

•    Qualified Accountant- CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA/US GAAP

•    Relevant years of collections experience preferred

•    Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

•    Preferred history of demonstrated success in a fast paced, flexible environment with shifting demands and priorities.

•    Develop a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders

•    Solid Microsoft suite skills, including excel, word and PowerPoint

•    Solid Google suite knowledge, including G-sheets, Docs and Slides 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•    Quick learner and self-starter, capable of working independently or collaboratively. 

•    Detail oriented and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.

•    Demonstrated ability to analyse information, think critically, and solve problems.
