About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle RMB Application Development Lead
to design, develop, and support Oracle-based financial and billing systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Lead the
design and development
of application modules to meet business needs. - Prepare and maintain
technical documentation
, including design specs, migration instructions, and test scripts. - Develop and maintain
Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL
code according to best practices. - Conduct
unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
with documented results. - Support
application deployment
and provide
production support
when needed. - Collaborate with
onshore/offshore teams
and participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery. - Provide
technical mentorship
to team members and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stay current with
Oracle technology trends and best practices

Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years
of overall development experience, including
2+ years in a lead role
. - Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Forms & Reports
,
Oracle Application Framework
, and
Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing)
. - Solid technical background in
SQL
and
PL/SQL
. - Good understanding of
Oracle application development lifecycle
and
financial modules
. - Preferred exposure to
Java / J2EE
technologies. - Experience working with
distributed/global teams
. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in
rotational shifts
or
off-hours deployments
as required.
