By blending creativity with media intelligence, we deliver ideas that not only inspire but also drive ROI. Being an independent agency means we have the freedom to be bold, break convention, and pivot quickly — exactly what it takes to win in today's ever-changing market. About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience (minimum 3 years in the digital advertising/creative industry) who can elevate our design output across brands and formats.This is a senior creative role where you'll be expected to own design projects end-to-end, mentor and guide junior designers, and bring a mix of craft, creativity, and cultural awareness to the table. If you love cinema, pop culture, and design — you'll feel right at home here.What You'll DoLead design execution for campaigns, social-first content, and branded storytelling.Translate marketing challenges into strong visual ideas across static, video, and micro-content formats.Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads on pitches and campaigns.Guide and review the work of junior designers, ensuring quality and brand consistency.Create and maintain brand playbooks and visual identity systems for clients.Present design directions and creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients when required.Stay ahead of trends in culture, platforms, and technology to keep our design language fresh.Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising creative quality.What We're Looking For4–5 years of professional design experience with at least 3+ years in a digital/creative agency.Proven track record in designing for lifestyle brands.Strong art direction skills and an ability to take a project from concept to final execution.Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.).A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.Passion for cinema, pop culture, and visual storytelling.Strong communication and presentation skills — you can explain your design choices clearly.A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.Bonus Points If You Have:Strong background in motion graphics and video editing.Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.Proven track record in designing for lifestyle brands.Educational foundation from NIFT or NIDOther RequirementsAbility to commute to the office in Bangalore.Own a laptop you can work on.Positive, solution-oriented mindset (and yes, coffee over tea ).The Platinum Rules at WiralityLead by exampleAttitude > AptitudeHoney > VinegarOur Hiring FlowResume Shortlisting – We look for experience, creativity, and attention to detail.Screening Call – A quick vibe check to understand your background and expectations. Assignment Round – A short design adaptation task to showcase your craft.
