Technical Skills (Must have) :

  • Proficient in one of the programming languages (Java, Python)

  • Exposure to Automation on cloud devices like browser stack, Lamda test, sauce labs, pCloudy etc.

  • Strong Exposure to testing of microservices applications and deployment through Jenkins/ansible playbooks. Strong understanding of microservices architecture.

  • Exposure to Industry trends in Automation.

  • Strong Experience in System testing, Exposure to User acceptance testing

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the requirements and helping in formulating the test strategies
  • Drive the Test Bed Preparation in Local lab.
  • Non-Functional Test Execution and with the required tools knowledge Automation of the identified test cases
  • Drive Automation Targets for the unit for product line.
  • Drive NFR (Performance,NFR testing types, security) for products and work on OKR s of unit.
  • Non-Functional Strategy Formulation.
  • Test Design (Functional Testing)
  • Knowledge in Software testing Life cycles and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Able to elicit technical specification and requirements independently.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and should be aligned to the sprint planning.
  • RCA and defect trend analysis
  • Strong in Test effort estimation and align resources to projects as per bandwidth.
  • Project monitoring, Team Handling and Tracking.
  • User Requirement Understanding and proposing changes.
  • Outside in perspective
  • Solution Validation Knowledge
  • Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
  • Resolve team queries on Testing, Automation and NFR Areas.
