We are looking for a qualified and proactive Civil Engineer to manage and execute civil-related works for our automation, interior, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with different teams, and handle all civil-related design and supervision tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and supervise civil works related to project installations.
  • Conduct site inspections, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Read and interpret structural drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
  • Ensure quality standards, material checks, and proper finishing at the site.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of civil tasks.
  • Assist in foundation, trenching, cabling pathways, mounting structures, and related civil activities for automation projects.
  • Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentation.
  • Report site conditions, delays, and progress to project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or civil supervision roles.
  • Strong understanding of civil structures, materials, and site procedures.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
  • Experience with measurements, leveling tools, and civil equipment.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
