Job Title: Automation Engineer

Job Location: HiLITE Business Park, Calicut, Kerala

What you will do – Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions on AI, automation, and business applications of AI tools.

  2. Train students enrolled in AI Academy Certification Program on topics such as AI applications,

automation workflows, and emerging AI tools.

  1. Design, develop, and deliver course content, including assignments, projects, and practical exercises.

  2. Guide learners in applying AI tools and automation platforms to solve business problems.

  3. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation to enhance the learning

experience.

  1. Support learners in building real-world projects integrating AI and automation concepts.

  2. Collaborate with the curriculum and technical teams to improve course quality and learning outcomes.

What we are looking for - Key skills:

  1. Basic coding knowledge – proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages preferred.

  2. Educational background in BCA, MCA, or B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related field).

  3. Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in the technology domain is an added advantage.

  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  5. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their learning goals.

  6. Curiosity to explore new AI tools and hands-on approach to learning and experimentation.
