*Job Description

• Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.

• Smoothly facilitate, in a non-disruptive manner, patients without appointment needing urgent consultation. May require politely requesting patients with appointments to wait longer.

• Explain requirements to new patients to ensure procedures are completed without delay.

• Proactively communicate with waiting patients; keep them updated and help them when required.

• Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.

• Patient notes and correspondence:

w Accurately capture and ensure complete data updated on system;

w Accuracy of ultrasound, X-RAY, Echo, HSG & discharge summary reports.

• Ensure 100% report dispatch.

• Coordinate with related department for smooth patient transfers.

• Maintain required register and data, Online PNDT application

• Maintain stock and reorder and monitor cost saving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
