The Opportunity

We need a skilled Program Manager for leading Ultimate Success events and initiatives in APAC. This role is crucial for enhancing the brand, encouraging community, and boosting customer engagement in Adobe's APAC customer success strategy.

What you'll Do
  • Develop and foster the Ultimate Success community by planning and delivering CAB events.
  • Facilitate connections and relationships with customers to strengthen the Ultimate Community.
  • Develop and implement a measurement framework for events to ensure consistency and showcase impact.
  • Promote the Ultimate Success brand both within the organization and externally, highlighting achievements to internal teams.
  • Develop customer references and case studies that highlight Ultimate Success outcomes.
  • Lead targeted digital campaigns and social amplification.
  • Direct the Ultimate Success referral scheme and boost external brand prominence.
  • Act as a liaison between Ultimate Success and Field Marketing teams for seamless message integration.
  • Drive the event strategy for Ultimate Success customers across APAC and work with regional FMM teams on event execution.
What you need to succeed
  • 5 years experience in enterprise marketing, program management, or customer success, preferably in technology, software, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in field marketing and coordinating programs of work and events.
  • Outstanding project management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Resourcefulness, proactive nature, and strong attention to detail.
  • Sound analytical skills and ability to use marketing metrics to drive successful campaigns.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
