Job Responsibilities:
o Prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional Indian chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Dahi Bhalla, Aloo Tikki, Papdi Chaat, Sev Puri, Ragda Patties, etc.
o Ensure authentic taste, flavor balance, and attractive presentation.
o Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and plating
o Innovate and introduce new varieties of chaat while retaining authentic flavors.
o Suggest seasonal or festive chaat specials to enhance menu offerings.
o Customize dishes as per customer preferences and dietary requirements.
o Follow FSSAI/food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
o Ensure fresh ingredients are used, with proper cleaning and storage.
o Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and serving areas.
o Maintain adequate stock levels and inform the kitchen/store team of requirements.
o Minimize wastage through proper planning and portion control.
o Maintain friendly and professional interaction with guests.
o Coordinate with other chefs, kitchen helpers, and service staff.
o Train junior staff or helpers on preparation and presentation techniques.
o Support kitchen operations during peak hour
Comply with kitchen SOPs and hotel/restaurant standards.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
