Job Title: Java Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 3 or more years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications.
  • Work on both backend and frontend development using Java technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, services, and libraries as required.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and high performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java (J2EE) application development.
  • Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle databases.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies (optional but preferred).
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
