Job Location: Initially Ahmedabad & Hyderabad (Must be open to relocate based on project requirements)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Scheduling

  2. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

  3. Monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera/MS Project to ensure milestone adherence and timely delivery.

  4. MEP Project Leadership

  5. Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), cleanroom functions across the project lifecycle.

  6. Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

  7. Client Coordination

  8. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  9. Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

  10. Execution Oversight & Progress Monitoring

  11. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to the project plan and quality standards.

  12. Conduct regular reviews and generate progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  13. Resource & Team Management

  14. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.

  15. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff to ensure optimal productivity.

  16. Contract & Vendor Management

  17. Manage procurement processes and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.

  18. Ensure delivery timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

  19. Budget & Cost Control

  20. Prepare project budgets, manage expenditures, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

  21. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage variations effectively.

  22. Risk Management & Mitigation

  23. Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  24. Address project roadblocks through structured problem-solving and escalation processes.

  25. Quality & Compliance Assurance

  26. Ensure all construction and MEP works comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  27. Implement quality assurance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
