Hiring PGT Maths

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to teach senior secondary classes (Grades IX & XII) as per CBSE curriculum at Crimson World School, Rudrapur. The candidate should be able to deliver engaging lessons, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
• Guide students in problem-solving, logical reasoning, and application of mathematical concepts.
• Prepare students for board examinations, Olympiads, and competitive exams (JEE, NDA, CUET, etc.).
• Develop innovative teaching methods, integrating technology to enhance learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
• Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, remedial classes, and school events.
• Engage with parents during PTMs and communicate student performance updates.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and continuous professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post-Graduate degree (Masters in Mathematics ) with B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes (preferably CBSE schools).
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools (smart boards, online platforms, MS Office, etc.).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students for academic excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
