Sales Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance sales.

Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.

Handle billing, cash, card transactions, and returns as per company policy.

Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and overall store cleanliness.

Ensure stock availability, assist in stock replenishment, and report shortages.

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines at all times.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements & Skills:

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; freshers may apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach with a sales-driven mindset.

Ability to work in shifts, on weekends, and during peak retail hours.

Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
