Title: Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Consulatnt

Location: Remote

Duration: FTE

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional designs and configurations.

  • Configure and support key modules such as:

  • Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal)

  • Inventory (INV)
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Self Service Procurement (SSP)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)

  • Sourcing / Supplier Qualification

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline procurement and supply chain processes.

  • Perform system testing, UAT, and user training, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Support data migration, integrations (OIC), and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customization, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1215 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or Sourcing.
  • Proven experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
