Job Title: Civil Engineer – Defence Infrastructure (8–12 Years)

Pan India | Extensive Travel

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to execute Defence Infrastructure Projects with a strong focus on Baffle Ranges, Firing Ranges, Modular/Indoor Ranges, and ballistic civil structures.

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute & supervise civil works for baffle/firing ranges and ballistic structures


• Review civil drawings, BOQs, structural details & foundation plans


• Coordinate with defence units during inspections, trials & meetings


• Manage site surveys, vendor coordination, execution & progress tracking


• Prepare technical presentations, site reports & project documentation


• Ensure compliance with defence safety standards and project timelines

Requirements:


• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering


• 8–12 years experience in civil projects


• 3–5+ years in defence-related works OR baffle/firing range projects


• Preferred: MES/BRO/Corps of Engineers/DRDO/CAPF background or defence project exposure


• Strong liaison capability with Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, CRPF, CISF, BSF, NSG


• Willingness for frequent pan-India travel


• Strong communication, discipline, and field leadership
