Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Karelibaug Vadodara, Head Office : Sardar Estate

Salary Range: As per company norms

About Us:

Mr Technology is a fast-growing eCommerce company offering mobile accessories and personalized products. We are looking for an Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day activities, support sales operations, and ensure smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support the sales team by managing orders, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Handle customer support through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Monitor order processing, inventory entries, and timely dispatch.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain records, update Excel sheets, and ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in operations or eCommerce preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Qualification: HSC/Graduate in any field.
