About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales manager
with 3–5 years of experience in medtech/healthtech sales to join our team. The role will focus on driving adoption of Cardiac Design Labs products across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and care providers in India. This is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering company in cardiac care innovation and digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Cardiac Design Labs product portfolio
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and senior care providers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training for hospital staff and care providers
  • Coordinate with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and customer meetings to promote products
  • Provide timely reporting on sales pipeline, customer feedback, and forecasts

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    medical technology, healthtech, or related healthcare sales
    (preferably in a B2B or B2BC setting)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, medical devices, or healthcare IT solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India
  • Graduate degree required (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory)
