Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Account Specialist, located in Indore. The Jr Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will involve assisting with account management, addressing client queries and concerns, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance to evaluate client accounts and support financial decision-making
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and Account Management to nurture client relationships and deliver personalized solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
