Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation & Setup
  • Operate VMC and/or VTL CNC machines as per process requirements.
  • Perform setup, tooling, and fixture adjustments.
  • Load/unload workpieces and monitor machine cycles.
  • Programming & Adjustments
  • Interpret CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / other controls).
  • Make necessary offset and tool corrections.
  • Assist in simple editing of CNC programs if required.
  • Quality Control
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM (if applicable).
  • Ensure parts meet tolerance, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Maintenance & Safety
  • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S compliance).
  • Follow safety protocols and report any abnormalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
