Job Description:

Techsmew Innovations is seeking motivated React & Developers (Freshers) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on SaaS applications and modern web platforms in a professional environment that promotes continuous learning and development.

As part of the role, you will work on real-time projects using technologies such as , , Redux and Tailwind CSS. You will also be expected to learn cross-skills like Python, Java, and other core technologies required for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end applications using and back-end services using
• Implement responsive designs with Tailwind CSS
• Manage application state using Redux
• Follow best practices in code quality, UI/UX precision, and performance
• Self-learn additional technologies (e.g., Python, Java) as per project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project delivery
• Be open to work at client site locations (Chennai) if required

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers with basic knowledge of , , Redux, and Tailwind CSS
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a real-time project environment
• Candidates with React certification course completion will be preferred
• No prior professional experience required
• Self-motivated and eager to develop cross-skills like Python and Java
• Available to join within 2 days
• Open to relocating to Chennai if required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
