2. Job Purpose
This position is imperative to support and look after the complete HR Gamut in the state as per the guidance from the HR Head.
3.1. HR Responsibilities
3.1.1. Performing end to end recruitment process at State level.
3.1.2. Responsible for complete recruitment process from sourcing till on-boarding of candidates.
3.1.3. Sourcing of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Self-Data Bank.
3.1.4. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates
3.1.5. Maintaining the recruitment database and reporting to the HOD on a regular basis as per requirement.
3.1.6. Coordination with the operation team and find out the training need and arrange training programs.
3.1.7. Responsible for handling all the Exit formalities including full and final settlement of the left employees.
3.1.8. Ensuring 100% Compliance with all statutory obligations Regular visit to branches for dispute redressal /Grievance handling.
4. Skills
4.1. Must possess excellent Interpersonal, and management skills.
4.2. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.3. Must have a friendly and professional demeanour.
4.4. Must be proficient in MS Office.
4.5. Should be able to exercise sound independent judgement within established policies and guidelines.
5. Educational Qualification
5.1. Must be a post graduate in any stream preferably with MBA or equivalent from a recognised institute or university.
