  • Develop, test, and refine high-quality prompts to maximize LLM performance across various tasks.
  • Build prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks for internal teams.
  • Analyze AI outputs to identify failure modes and systematically improve prompt effectiveness.
  • Work closely with engineers and data scientists to evaluate model behavior and optimize workflows.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance, reliability, and response quality.
  • Document prompt strategies, guidelines, and best practices to support team knowledge.
  • Ensure generated content meets quality, ethical, and safety standards.
  • Research emerging prompting techniques

Collaborate on fine-tuning or model training when needed.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of LLM behavior, prompt design principles, and generative AI tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and iteratively refine solutions.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, or basic scripting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
