What do we look for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounts executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and preparation of financial records. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. You will gain practical experience in various accounting functions and develop your skills under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports.  Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

 Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.

 Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.

 Process accounts payable and receivable.

 Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

 Support month-end and year-end close processes.

 Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

 Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Whom do we look for?

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

 Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

 Familiarity in using Tally.

 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
