About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 
Market Research Intern
 to support our research initiatives in the rapidly growing 
AI data handling industry
. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and profiling companies that operate in areas such as data labelling, data annotation, synthetic data generation, data management platforms, AI data infrastructure, and privacy-preserving data solutions.

You will work closely with the strategy, product, and business development teams to deliver insights that inform decision-making and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on companies involved in:
  • Data labeling & annotation
  • AI data management and MLOps platforms
  • Synthetic data providers
  • Enterprise AI data handling solutions
  • Build and maintain a structured database
     of companies, including size, funding, products, customers, and competitive advantages.
  • Analyze market trends
    , emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the AI data ecosystem.
  • Evaluate business models
    , revenue streams, product portfolios, and partnerships of target companies.
  • Assist in preparing 
    market reports, dashboards, and presentations
     for internal teams.
  • Track industry news
    , mergers & acquisitions, investments, and product announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
     to support strategic initiatives and client-facing insights.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to summarize information clearly and create structured reports.
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Sheets / Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, data pipelines, model training) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
