**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Teaching:**

2. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in various subjects related to Hotel Management, such as Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Front Office Operations, and Hospitality Marketing.

3. Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience and accommodate diverse learning styles.

4. **Curriculum Development:**

5. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Hotel Management curriculum.

6. Ensure the curriculum remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and requirements.

7. **Student Mentorship:**

8. Provide academic and career counseling to students.

9. Guide students on projects, internships, and research activities.

10. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.

11. **Industry Collaboration:**

12. Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance the academic program.

13. Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits to provide students with real-world insights and exposure.

14. **Assessment and Evaluation:**

15. Design and implement assessments to evaluate student performance and progress.

16. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic and practical work.

17. **Professional Development:**

18. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry and education.

19. Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the academic community through research and publications.

**Qualifications:**

• **Education:** A Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an advantage.

• **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in Hotel Management or relevant industry experience in a senior position.

• **Skills:**

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.
