Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for a Sand Diver. The Sand Diver will be responsible for navigating and analyzing software environments, identifying areas for improvement, and accelerating project timelines. Daily tasks include executing and monitoring software projects, troubleshooting issues, deploying updates, ensuring compliance with company standards, and documentation. The role may also involve collaborating with team members and participating in client meetings to provide expert insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in custom software development and full stack development
• Experience in web and mobile app development, with a focus on performance optimization
• Knowledge of Python development for automation, AI, and data handling
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and data-driven marketing strategies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working on international and national projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
