Responsibility

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related documentation.
  • Support on boarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / personnel files.
  • Manage leave and attendance records.
  • Assist in preparation of HR letters (experience, confirmation, transfer, etc.)
  • Assist in collation of attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
  • Support in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Help in preparing reports required by management or government authorities
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR functions.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
