Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Human Resources position located in Khandwa. The Zonal HR will be responsible for managing HR activities within the assigned zone, including implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The day-to-day tasks involve coordinating recruitment processes, conducting employee training and development programs, addressing employee grievances, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Khandwa and manage HR activities regionally
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
