Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) and reviewing resumes and applications to assess qualifications.
• Interviewing: Conducting interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Guiding candidates through the hiring process, providing updates, and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Offer Negotiation: Collaborating with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and manage the onboarding process.
• Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal compliance related to hiring.
• Meeting Hiring Targets: Ensuring open positions are filled efficiently and effectively to meet the organization's staffing goals.
