- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including tea and coffee.
- Make and assemble sandwiches, snacks, and other light meals.
- Cook and serve hot food items such as French fries and other fried products.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Refill stock and display items as needed throughout the day.
- Handle customer orders and payments efficiently and courteously.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food environment (preferred).
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
- Working Conditions:Fast-paced environment with direct customer interaction.
- Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for long periods during service hours.
