As we now, established our Local subsidary Taisei India Private Limited in Mumbai, we are hiring for multiple positions for our company.

Job Description:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in building construction (MEP works of Office complexes, Multi-story Commercial buildings, Hotels, etc.) with a reputed Contracting company.
  • Responsible for daily site activities, including scheduling, installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical works.
  • The QC works of HVAC, Plumbing, Gas, and Fire Protection works.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and control systems, monitoring quality performances. Performing Inspections and attending inspections with the Subcontractors representatives.
  • Prepare and review the quality documents, including method statements, Inspection and test plans, reports, and records.
  • Ensure that the works comply with the safety regulations and method statements
  • Coordinate with the site management, Subcontractors, and other agencies for the smooth progress of the works
  • Should have working knowledge of Quantity Surveying of the Mechanical works.

Job Description:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • The QC works of Electrical (HT and LT power), Elevator and Escalators, and ELV (ACS, CCTV, PAS, FAS, BMS, Physical Security, and IT works.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and control systems, monitoring quality performances. Performing Inspections and attending inspections with the Subcontractors representatives.
  • Prepare and review the quality documents, including method statements, Inspection and test plans, reports, and records.
  • Ensure that the works comply with the safety regulations and method statements
  • Coordinate with the site management, Subcontractors, and other agencies for the smooth progress of the works
  • Should have working knowledge of Quantity Surveying of the Electrical and ELV works.

Important Note: As a Japanese organization, we uphold a disciplined approach to work, which includes a clear structure around working hours. Our office operates firmly from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We appreciate adherence to these timings.
