Maintanance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across 20+ outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, facilities, and utilities, while also leading the maintenance team to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance operations across 20+ outlets.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Inspect outlets regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage and guide maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for repair and service needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance status and improvements needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to manage maintenance operations across multiple outlets (20+).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across outlets as required.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
