We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CCB) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 14 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and guidance on Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and ORMB.
  • Develop and implement batch programming and customization using JAVA and J2EE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy OU Data Model and OU components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCB and Oracle utilities.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using technical expertise.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results and meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CCB, Oracle utilities, and Technical consultant skills.
  • Experience with batch programming, customization, and deployment using JAVA and J2EE.
  • Familiarity with OU Data Model and OU components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Notice period: 0-60 days.
  • Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
  • Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad/ PAN India.
