Job description

  • Complete the procurement process through issue of PO (ERP) as per the defined process
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Follow-ups with the vendors for quotation and samples
  • Review of quotes and preparing price comparison
  • Research potential vendors and negotiating with them
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Required Candidate profile

  • BE./B.Tech/Diploma Engineering in any field, however should have experience in real estate.
  • Atleast 5-7 years Purchase experience in residential & commercial development
  • Should have experience in vendor management, negotiation & procurement
  • Experience in ERP will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
