Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for Bouncers based in Bengaluru. The day-to-day tasks include ensuring the safety and security of guests, crowd control, conflict resolution, and guest screening. Bouncers will work at various venues, including nightclubs, events, and private functions, ensuring a safe environment and handling any security issues that arise in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong physical presence and fitness level
• Prior experience in security or related fields is advantageous
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Valid security license or certification is preferred
