We are looking for a Caller / Indiamart Portal Executive to manage customer inquiries and generate leads through Indiamart. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in handling Indiamart portal.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries from Indiamart portal.
  • Call and connect with potential customers to explain products and services.
  • Maintain records of customer communication and follow-ups.
  • Share quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order closure.
  • Ensure timely responses to all Indiamart messages and calls.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred.
  • Knowledge of using Indiamart portal (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

₹11,000 – ₹19,000 per month (depending on experience)
