Juristi Legal LLP is a dynamic, one-year-old law firm specializing in high-stakes core litigation. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Core Litigation Advocate to join our client-centric team, delivering exceptional legal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft precise, high-quality legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
  • Represent clients effectively in district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and meticulous document vetting to build robust case strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end litigation processes with efficiency, accuracy, and a focus on detail.
  • Thrive in a time-sensitive environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 8 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, or Industrial Law.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional drafting and legal research abilities.
  • Strong courtroom presence with persuasive advocacy skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, business, and industrial laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with a professional demeanor.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to strategize, make swift decisions, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment:
    Full-time, in-office role at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri.
  • Location Preference:
    Candidates based in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi preferred for commuting ease.
