The Role: Co-Founder (Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Hybrid)

We are looking for a Co-Founder who thrives on ideation, strategy, and execution. As a key partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping the company's direction, scaling growth, and bringing our vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategic planning and execution
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Leading marketing and sales strategy
  • Conducting market research and identifying opportunities
  • Building and nurturing strategic partnerships
  • Resource allocation and growth management

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Independent yet collaborative working style
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record in driving growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus)
