About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality talent within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding job requirements to offer closure.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a freelance, agency, or in-house recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and time-management abilities.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, and stable internet connection.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 30 days

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
