What makes this special

As a Video Editing Intern at Atlan, you'll collaborate directly with EPD Ops and cross-functional teammates to create videos that inspire, inform, and connect. From internal podcasts to external talent branding campaigns, your work will shape Atlan's story.

You'll work on projects like:

• Talent branding content – Humans of Atlan stories showcasing our people, culture, and values.

• Training & evangelism videos – Helping produce engaging content to teach and promote AI-Native Engineering practices.

• Onboarding series – Creative videos to welcome and guide new Atlanians.

• Podcast production – Supporting team with editing and polishing episodes of Atlan's internal podcast.

• Company-wide event videos – Producing highlight reels, sizzle videos, and creative edits for internal events.

What you'll do as an intern at Atlan?

• Learn directly from experienced leaders and storytellers.

• Explore creative freedom in editing, experimenting with new formats, styles, and AI-powered editing tools.

• Support end-to-end video production: storyboarding, editing, sound design, graphics, and post-production.

• Create graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling and branding.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, culture, ops) to bring ideas to life.

• AI-native mindset: You're experimenting with new AI tools for video editing, graphic design, or storytelling — and believe they can multiply your creative impact.

• Video editing skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or modern AI editors like Runway, Veo 3 or Pika.

• Graphic design basics: Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create simple graphics, thumbnails, or layouts.

• Storytelling instinct: A passion for narratives that connect emotionally with an audience.

• Creative curiosity: Openness to experimenting with AI-native editing tools and new media formats.

• Attention to detail: Strong eye for timing, aesthetics, and sound.

• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teammates, balancing feedback and creativity.

• Self-driven: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Program Details

• Internship Duration: 6 months (paid, full-time).

• Work Mode: Fully remote — work from anywhere

Eligibility Criteria

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline in India who can commit to a full-time internship.

• Prior experience (through projects, internships, or personal work) in video editing and basic graphic design.

• You must commit to 6 months of fully remote full-time internship.

• Show passion and drive to succeed in the creative and tech industry (assessed via application questions, portfolio, and interviews).
