Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage project-wise accounts for civil and construction work.
  • Handle vendor bills, purchase entries, and site expense management.
  • Prepare and reconcile GST, TDS, ESI, and PF returns and records.
  • Maintain statutory compliance and timely filing of all returns.
  • Manage client billing, payment follow-ups, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and management for budget tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation in Tally ERP.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil/construction accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, ESI & PF.
  • Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and audit requirements.
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
