This role is a blend of inside and field sales, ideal for someone who is customer-focused, target-driven, and enthusiastic about interior design. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads. Conduct site visits, present design proposals, and drive conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and contractors.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution. Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain CRM records accurately. Represent Elephanto at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and design innovations. Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B & B2C (Field sales) (preferably in interior design, real estate, or allied industries). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern interior design trends. Comfortable with cold calling and independent client acquisition.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). What
