Commisisoning Engineer

Commissioning Role BMS/IBMS – Datacenter – Full time at site (6 days working). In critical situation 7 days working with required compensation off later.

Minimum 4 years relevant experienceReporting to Regional Commissioning Lead, however functionally for day-to-day activities will be reporting to respective site SPOC.Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

Option1:

· SW development – Graphics/Logics

· Commissioning of BMS, SCADA, DDC, PLC solution proposed for the Digital Buildings Portfolio. Role entails working on site to deploy customized engineering solution as per customer requirements.

· Troubleshooting the problems and solving the same with minimal support

· Snag points closure and site handover support.

· Work closely with the OEMs /customer / End user community (100% on site).

· Work closely and collaboratively with Project manager / commissioning team

· Support Site SPOC in preparing and sharing daily progress report

· Sharing the dependency lists to customer along with DPRs

Option2:

· Commissioning of Access control+ Biometric, CCTV system, FAS, WLD, Rodent control, Gas Suppression system

· Along with OEM should commission parking management system, Visitor management system, Boom barriers, Flap Barriers etc.,

Skill sets and Experience:

· Proven experience as in BMS software like Ecostruxure Building Operation, Ecostruxure power operation, Ecostruxure Power Monitoring Expert etc DDC, PLC programming in field of industry, buildings, data center.

· Modicon M580, Control Expert, Citect, Wonderware System Platform

· Soft communication protocols – Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, BACNET

· Good commissioning experience with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills.

· Ability to do moderate or complex DDC, PLC program with sound knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, Electrical etc)

· Shd have field side experience as required for commissioning.

· Experience in FAS, ACS, CCTV, PAS, HVAC systems commissioning will be an added advantage.

· Shall take ownership of the assigned tasks and expectations.

Preference in SE products experience however competitor products experience can also be considered.

Key Notes:

· Shall be punctual on timings as set by Site SPOC

· Shall be responsive to calls and mails

Requirement Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Assignment shall be for Mumbai however shall be flexible for Pune travel in between for minimal days (Vice versa also)
