JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE: Trainee Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and outreach initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Create and support communication collateral such as mailers, posters, presentations, social media assets, blog posts, newsletters, and campaign content
  • Assist with market research and campaign performance tracking, including competitor analysis, data collection, and reporting insights
  • Help distribute marketing materials and manage updates in company databases and CRM systems
  • Organize and support event-related activities and internal marketing forums (if applicable)
  • Optional exposure to inside sales, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-up support
  • Collaborate with the Product team on messaging, positioning, and marketing communication strategies
  • Support internal branding efforts through employee forums or clubs, enhancing company culture and visibility

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3- 6 months of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative thinker with an ability to design and conceptualize engaging communication materials (posters, mailers, presentations)
  • Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in marketing, product management, or sales domains
