Role & responsibilities

• Branch Visit Marketing - This includes The Visit to Loan Centres, Branches Of Empanelled Bank.
• Property Site Visit - This includes collection of data of the property as per visit sheet, market enquiry, layout sketch of the property must be included.
• Branch Visit & Documents Collection - Collect documents like Sale Deed, Chain Agreements, Rental Agreement, Draft Agreement & Release Deed from Bankers or Concern Person" & The collection of documents like Commencement Certificate, Occupation Certificate, Approved Floor Plan, RERA Certificate in U/C Projects from developer contact person.
• Report Delivery - This Includes the submission of Hard copy of the report and taking acknowledgement of delivery of report once submitted to bank authorities.
• Payment Recovery - This activity includes the collection of fees by customers or financial institution, at time of site visit or at time of bank visit.
