We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You'll be the bridge between our engineering teams and key stakeholders, driving projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage product and software engineering projects.
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements and negotiate priorities.
  • Foster a respectful and empathetic engineering culture.
  • Collaborate with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Provide hands-on support to engineering teams, removing obstacles and guiding them to success.
  • Work with a range of technologies including , Java, Python, , and Angular.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cloud architecture and Agile methodologies.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 to 15+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 5 years in a technical or IT environment.
  • Strong background on software development using , or Java Or Javascript Fullstack
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
  • Good knowledge on DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
